We’re a film company that stayed at The Grey House in October 2025 while shooting in the area, using it to accommodate our cast and crew. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay — even introducing us to someone who could assist with catering. The house itself is huge, very clean, comfortable, and warm, and it’s just a stone’s throw from the local golf course, which has a lovely wee café. The locals were friendly, and the location is ideal — only a short 5-minute drive from the stunning Scottish Highlands. Highly recommended for groups looking for a spacious and well-kept base.

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your beautiful house in Scotland. It had such a lovely atmosphere that it reminded me of my mother’s home, which made it feel extra special.

The house was perfect for our whole family. We had three generations together, and everyone felt comfortable and at home. It was the perfect place for us to spend quality time together and make wonderful memories.

We had a week here with family from around the country and really enjoyed the week. Plenty of space for everyone and large garden for the children to play. Very quiet and private setting with plenty to do in the area too. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable house full of character. It is spacious and its many reception rooms allow for both large gatherings and peace and quiet when appropriate. The lawn is perfect for outdoor games and enjoying the sun. The host is friendly and accommodating. There are many things todo in the area , wildlife, walking and cultural.

This is a delightful house for a big group . Very helpful owners. Comfy beds with lovely bedding. Great dining room and we really enjoyed the conservatory. Great location for exploring the delightful village of Nethy Bridge, Loch Garten, the Cairngorms and North to the coast. We hope to return!

A fantastic property for 19 family members. Plenty of entertainment options within the house and garden for all to enjoy. Having the golf course on the doorstep and the town a short walk made for a happy holiday.
